Attorney Polina Brandler

Experience

Polina Brandler is a counsel at HammondLaw, P.C. Her practice focuses on labor and employment and consumer law.

Polina uses her knowledge and power to defend people who have been taken advantage of and works with our team to ‘right the wrongs’ of unlawful business practices. She enjoys being challenged and is constantly thinking about creative approaches to solving complex legal issues.

​After graduating from law school and moving to Los Angeles, Polina spent two and half years working as a clerk for the Hon. Judge Anita H. Dymant in Los Angeles Superior Court, Appellate Division – where she worked on civil and criminal appeals. She then began working in general civil practice before focusing on labor and employment and consumer law.

Background
Polina spent her free time during law school interning at the Office of the Attorney General, State of New Jersey, in the consumer protection unit and as an intern for the Hon. Judge Sandra Townes (E.D.N.Y.). She also worked at Gucci, where she provided legal guidance to General Counsel on compliance with labor laws.

While in law school, Polina also volunteered for Safe Horizon and Sanctuary for Families. As a volunteer for these organizations, she represented victims of domestic violence by obtaining protective orders against their abusers. She also aided victims in obtaining divorces, including drafting divorce petitions and filing petitions with the court.
