
Julian Hammond
Position:
Principle, FounderJulian Hammond is the principal and founder of HammondLaw, P.C. Julian’s practice focuses on wage and hour class action law suits, individual and multi-plaintiff discrimination claims, consumer class actions, and high stakes commercial litigation and arbitration.
Julian is committed to achieving results for employees and consumers to recover lost wages and benefits. He started HammondLaw in California in 2010, primarily to represent aggrieved employees in wage and hour class action law suits and consumers.
HammondLaw, P.C. has since expanded, but Julian is still very much involved in all cases – overseeing case selection and sourcing, negotiating co-counsel agreements, and handling all aspects of litigation.
Julian has been a lawyer for over 15 years and throughout his career has been deeply committed to helping people through his law practice. Julian continues to take on pro-bono cases as he works to make a change in business practices to ensure every person is treated fairly.
Prior to starting HammondLaw PC, Julian’s work experience was rich and varied. He has worked as Associate Counsel for a boutique employment litigation firm, as associate for a national full-service law firm, as a barrister for a prestigious floor of commercial trial and appellate litigators, and as a law lecturer.
