Ari Cherniak is an Associate Attorney at HammondLaw, P.C. His practice focuses on employment and consumer law.
Ari is deeply committed to defending the rights of employees across the United States. He is passionate about obtaining significant relief to employees and changing corporate policy to confirm with the labor laws.
During law school, Ari clerked for the Public Defender’s office in Baltimore, where he researched, drafted briefs and motions, and assisted a public defender with a very heavy caseload.
Ari uses his legal knowledge to fight for employee’s rights – particularly in cases such as unpaid wages, overtime claims, wrongful termination, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, biased employment contracts, and more.
Ari believes that HammondLaw, P.C. is different from other firms because meticulous attention is paid to every aspect of every case so that nothing is overlooked in achieving an excellent result for our clients.
